Hashim Welfare Hospital Appeal

The Hashim Welfare Hospital Appeal runs the Hashim Welfare Hospital in Pindi Hashim, a rural village between Islamabad and Lahore, in Pakistan.

The Charity was founded in the UK in 1999 by Dr Idrees Awan, a urological surgeon who wanted to give something back to the area where he grew up. The first patents were seen June 2003.

The core objective of the charity is to provide high quality, accessible health care with a focus on the poor and needy. Thanks to your support, since we saw our first patient in June 2003, we have treated nearly 900,000 people.
